My Journey
My journey began over two decades ago with yoga and holistic wellbeing, helping individuals build confidence, self-awareness, and inner strength.
As my work evolved, I started working closely with professionals across different industries. I noticed a pattern that repeated itself again and again.
Many talented and hardworking women were being overlooked—not because they lacked capability, but because they struggled to communicate with confidence, establish credibility, and project executive presence.
I realized that career growth isn’t driven by competence alone. It is shaped by how people experience you—through your communication, presence, confidence, and the value you project every day.
That realization led me to combine my experience in wellbeing, communication, image strategy, personality development, and executive presence into one integrated approach.
